TB-3512 Barrier Terminal Block With Cover is an essential electrical connection solution that provides a simple way to connect wires to a single point of termination. This Terminal Block features three poles and can accommodate wires up to 22-12 AWG/4.0mm².
The TB-3512 Barrier Terminal Block With Cover is made from sturdy materials, including PBT UL94V-0 plastic for the housing, galvanized brass for the contact slice material section and steel tin plated screws, providing excellent durability and robustness. It provides a strong, secure, and self-isolated connection without needing to twist or solder wires.
This fixed terminal block has a rated voltage of 600V and 450V, with an ampere rating of 15A and 32A, respectively. It has a voltage resistance of AC 2500V/1Min, making it an ideal option for use in medium-power industrial and commercial applications. The maximum locking torque for this terminal block is 8KG.CM, ensuring reliable and secure connections.
TB-3512 screw block terminal features a transparent PC protection cover with clarity that displays model parameters, valid scope of application, and facilitates wire joint protection. Its galvanized brass contact piece ensures efficient and high-performance electrical conductivity. The screw connection has close screw pitch holes that make it easy to operate, preventing screws from quickly detaching.
Furthermore, the ABS base housing material offers excellent impact resistance, heat resistance, and low-temperature resistance. It is resistant to chemical and electric properties while providing corrosion resistance, fire-retardant, and flame-retardant features. Additionally, its protective cover in plastic with a pole identifier printed on it protects users from accidental electrocution.
