TB-3506 Barrier Terminal Block With Cover is a high-quality electrical connector that provides an easy and secure way to connect up to six wires to a single termination point. It features a dual-row terminal block design, allowing for multiple wires in one termination point. The contact slice material section is made of galvanized brass, providing excellent electrical conductivity performance. The housing material is made of plastic for PBT UL94V-0, which is highly impact-resistant, heat-resistant, low-temperature-resistant, and resists chemicals and electric properties.
One of the main advantages of this connector is the screw connection system, which ensures a secure and stable electrical connection between the wires without requiring any splicing, twisting, or soldering. The close screw pilot holes make it easier to operate and prevent screws from falling out of equipment.
TB-3506 screw terminal barrier strip comes with a transparent PC protection cover that not only protects the wire joint but also displays the product parameters and scope of application for easy identification. The maximum locking torque of this connector is 8KG.CM, and the voltage resistance is AC 2500V/1min. The connector uses M3 screws with 8.9mm spacing between two screws, has a rated voltage of 600V, an ampere rating of 35A, and wiring size of 22-12 AWG (4.0mm²).
